This point on Lake Memphremagog is located in the Knowlton's Landing sector and corresponds with property occupied by John B. Beach and his direct descendants, since 1915.  Council retained this name in March 2013.

Ce lieu situé dans le secteur de Knowlton Landing honore la famille Beach, qui occupe l'endroit depuis 1915. Le grand-père John B. Beach est décédé en 1952. Les enfants et petits-enfants sont toujours présents. Le Conseil municipal a retenu ce nom en mars 2013.
