We believe this road name is misspelled and that it should, in fact, read Chappell.  The Chappell family had a farm in the Leadville area or that of Province Hill – however, I can find only one confirming source, Lena Chappell, who owned property in Leadville until the 1950's.  The family name of Chappell is seen on headstones of various older cemeteries in Potton, Jehial Chappell (1815-1880) being the oldest of these.
