This house, which dates from 1920, served as the manse for the Saint-Cajetan clergy until the 1950's.  It was once situated where École du Baluchon is now found, and was moved to its present location in 1950.  The building has also seen use as a private residence, a bed and breakfast and as a day care center.

This building is of cubic architectural style of neo-gothic inspiration, with its strongest feature being its four planed roof.  According to the Bergeron evaluation, it is of little heritage value.
