Potton acquired the lake front property at Perkins Landing in 1986 from the estate of the late Margaret Boright Seale, daughter of Claude Boright, granddaughter of Nelson Boright.  Their family's summer cottage was located here.  The cottage was demolished, the grounds landscaped, and now the point of land offers an oasis for swimming and relaxation on the shores of Lake Memphremagog.  The beach is supervised for the summer months until Labour Day weekend.
